Revelation 13
“Then I stood on the sand of the sea”. – That is position of a prophet, to stand on nations. When we move in the nations we do it from the position of standing on the sand of the sea. Sea symbolizes the world, the sand symbolizes the nations. The Lord once said to Abraham to look at the sand, which is on the seashore-so many descendants he would have.
In order to be a prophet one has to learn to stand on the sand of the sea.
“Then I stood on the sand of the sea. And I saw…” For us to see what is really happening in the nations we nee d this position of a prophet.
I will testify about the King of Spain. Several years ago we were in Spain and our brothers and sisters there shared that the King had abdicated the throne in favor of his son. The people judged him because of his actions, like him going for an elephant hunt in time of crisis etc. When I heard it my heart skipped a beat, and I did not accept it. I hear God speak to me: “Be careful with that, don’t accept this message, I have a different point of view”. Then I left having not mentioned it to anyone. A couple years passed and I shared with brothers that I think differently of this matter that mass media present it, that actually a king can hunt elephant. Even at a given moment people hunt elephants with a license, because there certain governmental programs for hunting elephants – why the King of Spain can’t do so. And when people cast out their own king – this is something vile, because as the Word says, in the last days there will be people, who “reject authority, speak evil of dignitaries… and speak evil of whatever they do not know” (Jude 1:8) And my spirit stood for the king, and I thought how bad it is to serve a people that hates and persecutes you. And the poor king has to roam under accusations now while he had served his people for forty years. Deborah served Israel as a judge for forty years, but not every judge had such period. David was king for forty years. And now after his forty years of service the king has to roam in exile – poor miserable man. So I stood for the king, I have a redemptive thinking, today I am on his side. I don’t know how to argue this, I take bases on my prophetic experience and inner testimony. I have this redemptive thinking, and I am targeted at every man to be redeemed. I am targeted at giving mercy and hope to any person, no matter how deep and low he may have fallen.
I think this message is empowering, so that we don’t believe the tabloids and all types of information wars, but believe the Holy Spirit.
The time will come when there’s no truth at all on the earth. The time will come when it will be impossible to find readable truth, it will be only in the Bible. The Scripture says “the whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one”, this is the world of lies. Therefore, when believers use sources of lies and then even translate it, multiply, repost, they serve Satan to some extent. Therefore, stand on the sand of the sea, be prophetic people.
As I move in different places and stand on the sea. And from there I see. I see “a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads a blasphemous name. Now the beast which I saw was like a leopard, his feet were like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion”. A leopard, a bear and a lion. There are places where leopards live, but bears and lions don’t and vice versa. It talks about different continents – the beast is going to cover all. A leopard, a bear and a lion in one beast – this is a planetary spirit, a spirit that moves all over the earth.
You can see a clear picture of the nations only when rise above it. In the next chapter we read: “Then I looked, and behold, a Lamb standing on Mount Zion”. There’s a mount, which prophets are to ascend – from the sand up on the mount. Standing only on the sand is not enough – you will always see the devil, as the prophet saw the dragon, the beast, the ones with the mark. But when he ascended, he looked up at the Mount Zion, and there were the ones with His Father’s name written on their foreheads, that is an entirely different picture.
He “heard a voice from heaven, like the voice of many waters, and like the voice of loud thunder. And I heard the sound of harpists playing their harps”. He saw the Angel of the Gospel, he saw the fall of Babylon, he saw the victory of the saints and the great harvest.
Today we can find ourselves either in the sand or on the sand, or above the sand, or we are standing on the Mount with the Lamb. The church must ascend today. We have this perspective and I speak these things from the Mount – this is a prophetic voice that is calling us to go up higher and higher. Therefore, let us lift up our eyes. In order to stay one of this world you don’t have to skip going to church, but even being a believer or even a minister you can have worldly goal like career, covetousness, self-promoting – be a totally worldly man. But you can also look an ordinary man, but be fully God’s, your freedom is all inside and is meant for expanding the borders of God’s Kingdom. At seeing this kind of freedom people are attracted to it and fall in love with such people, who are free, pure, holy. That is Christ’s freedom. But severeness that comes from greed and fear has nothing in common with Christ. I believe that the Lamb of God is the King of Freedom, inner freedom, which spreads like the tree of life, bringing true life, true drink to God’s saints.
