Being in the service of worshiping God even in an ordinary flow is faithfulness, persistence and patience. When on a usual day you continue to follow God, creating light within yourself, this is the maturity of the saints.
It is important for us today to keep the Divine scepter, which God has given in our ministry and gift. Keep your gift. Having been in ministry for many years and visiting different places – ancient open portals, such as Israel or places where the saints walked – you understand that this is more than you, more than the planet, this is the history of all mankind. We feel that these may be the keys. Someone wants to steal them. The worst betrayal is when you and I sell treasures cheaply or trade them.
Revelation 22. This revelation is so powerful that it never ceases to be relevant.
“Now I, John, saw and heard these things. And when I heard and saw, I fell down to worship before the feet of the Angel who showed me these things
Then he said to me: see that you do not do that; for I am your fellow servant and of your brethren the prophets, and of those who keep the words of this book. Worship God. And he said to me, “Do not seal the words of the prophecy of this book; for the time is at hand. He who is unjust, let him be unjust still; he who is filthy, let him be filthy still; he who is righteous let him be righteous still; he who is holy let him be holy still. And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last. Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life and may enter through the gates into the city. But outside are dogs, and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers, and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie. I, Jesus, have sent my angel to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the Root and Offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star” (Revelation 22:8-16).
John begins by saying that he “saw and heard.” It is the responsibility of the disciple for what he is now saying. We see three voices and one pair of eyes here.
Take heed with your heart. If you put it in your heart and not in your head, no one will steal it from you. The head is a notebook, and the heart is the treasury. There are those who think and remember with their hearts, these are the people of Mary. Learn to listen with your heart, not your head. You pretend to be storing things, but in reality you are fearful and greedy. Let what you hear remain in your heart. Jesus never walked around with notebooks, but His hands were always full.
See and hear with your heart! You meet a person, you see him, you feel him, you feel sympathy or vice versa. But when Jesus comes, He sees with the heart. The heart hears what is invisible. The heart hears what is not heard by normal ears. Jesus sees with the heart.
Today, many in the Christian world started speaking of the Angelic. But there are extreems here, when we can cross the line and it already becomes Angel worship – when we hunt for Angels, manipulate terminology or exaggerate. Angels are not a world that one can invent or play with. The Angelic world is the world of the Apocalypse.
Apostle John was a friend of Jesus, he lay at the bosom of the Lord, he led all the brothers of the Apostles into eternity. And when he wanted to fall before the Angel to worship, being stunned by the power that emanated from the Angel, who showed him the Apocalyptic events, the Angel forbade John, saying that he was “a fellow servant of him, of his brothers prophets and of those who keep the words of this book”; he said to John to worship God.
An Angel of the greatest power, who surpasses man in strength and understanding, called himself a fellow servant.
Who are these brethren the prophets? This being New Testament, the Angel doesn’t say Christians, but “brethren the prophets.” The Angel also says that he ministers to these people and also to those who keep the words of the book. In order to keep the words of the book, one has to be connected with the book of Revelation. To what extent are you soldered to it, to what extent you understand it, to what extent you stay in it, listen to it, to what extent you are connected with the Apocalypse? Connect with this book if you want to have such friends.
If you are connected with an Angel, worship always rises in you. But the truthfulness of the Angel is the worship of God.
He says: “Worship God!” An Angel doesn’t accept worship to himself, the ministry of Angels today is the worship of God.
We see this picture through the eyes of Apostle John, because he is narrates.
The angel tells him not to seal the words of the prophecy of the book. This means that the time has come when it is not to be sealed, the book of the Apocalypse must be revealed.
In order to reveal the Apocalypse, you need to know this book. This passage is one of the axial – the most powerful holder of the pillars of the Apocalypse. Here we see a triple transition from the Apostle to the Angel, and then to Jesus. It starts with John, moves to the Angel, and then to Jesus. This transition must be made by the Church today. She is to become Jesus incarnate through Angelic ministry.
Reveal the Apocalypse. But for this you need to read, listen, fulfill and communicate the Apocalypse, because the time is at hand. What does he mean when he says “the time is at hand”? Return of Christ? That is clear. But this is also the time of judgment, the time of retribution, the time of the judgments being revealed. The time for the revelation of the judgments has drawn near. The time for retribution from God has drawn near. This is a prophetic word for us today. For each of us, it has come closer. It can be a time of visitation, tragedy, for some it’s going to be the moment of death.
He who is unjust let him be unjust still. God looses such people. The unjust is going to his place. As if the Lord loosed him. But the righteous lives forever, he is holy again and again. The righteous shall not die, he shall live. Therefore, become righteous. The righteous one, like Mount Zion, stands mightily in righteousness. The righteous will always, at all times, stand in truth and will always be holy. Complain not about anyone, but hasten to God’s righteousness.
“Behold, I’m coming soon…” Whose words are these? It is already Jesus saying this. How did it happen? We just heard the words of the Angel. And then Jesus speaks. That’s what the Angelic world is. Man may slip and stutter, but an Angel started – God finished. The Angel speaks, God continues to speak through the same mouth. That’s how Abraham met the Angels, that’s how the three were one. This is what happens when an anointed one can come both dead and alive.
This is what the Church must learn today. It is to flow from the Angelic into the Divine. We already hear the voice of the Messiah, the King of kings and the Lord. This voice brings retribution – “to give to each one according to his works.” According to your works you shall be given. For this, the impartation of this word was made.
Fear God! Hasten to righteousness! Don’t waste a minute. Don’t waste a single minute. This is a command – to keep His commandments. God is gathering His people into His city. These people He calls “blessed.” He gathers the blessed for the city and the garden. They are those who do His commandments. This is the purest Gospel.
Outside the city are dogs, and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers, and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie. It doesn’t matter that now no one is aware of who you are – the hour ll shall come – and everything will be revealed! Make haste!
The voice confesses that this Angel was sent by the Lord Jesus Himself. The Gospel is meant to witness to us of this.
Jesus is the Bright Star. Don’t confuse Jesus with dark stars. Don’t confuse Him with liars. He is Light.
We are to hear these words, keep them, this is one of the key passages of Revelation.
