Expanding the name

Revelation

“It was shown how the heart of the Son was tuned to the heart of the Father and was beating to the beat with His heart.

Then it was shown that the whole universe, as one living organism, was tuned to the beat of the Father’s heart. When His heartbeat was more frequent, the Universe began to worry. When His heart calmed down, the universe came to rest, and all people, time, history were moving to the beat of the heart of the Creator.

Then it was shown how God’s people, prophetic hearts tuned their hearts to the beat of the Father’s heart. Their hearts were worried. ”

So Jesus prayed: “He opens my ear and speaks to me in the early morning.” The heart of the Son was not tuned to the voice, but namely to the heart of his Father. To recognize the voice, you have to know the heart. Why didn’t the Pharisees and scribes recognize Him? Because their heart was far from the heart of the Father.

The universe is being shaken, the earth trembles, tsunami consumes the islands – the earth is shaking with wickedness, dirt, soot, sin, abomination. The universe was tuned to the beat of the Father’s heart. Certainly! After all, He created it.

It was also shown that in the Eastern Gates the beat of the heart was heard very clearly. And those who stayed inside the Gates heard this beat, and their hearts were tuned to it. Even inexperienced in Gates heard the beat of His heart. ”

This is true. You don’t have to be “a much believer”, if you are in Gates, then you understand the beat of His heart.

“There were also people not from the Eastern Gates who listened and heard the voice from the Gates, and their hearts began to hear the sound of the Creator’s heart and tune in to it.”

This is very important. Today I want to find this path – connection with the heart, the heart of the Father, my Lord and Savior. For me, this is more important than authority, popularity, even the amount of fruit. Why would I want fruit? To get more in heaven later? This doesn’t interest me much either. I’m not a spiritual businessman. It is even indecent – being greedy about the future.

God will provide. Give me God in paradise. The only thing I want is God. And everything else is in His hands. Give me Him and that’s it.

Expanding the understanding of the Name of God.

Since ancient times, the name has been of great importance. Probably, there are no such frivolous parents who would give names to children lightly. When parents put something mystical into a name, they try to create destiny in this name, in order to make the child look like someone great, or it can come from the family tree, or some idea, history, or nationality. They give a name to the child so that he is identified with some kind of wish.

And it’s Biblical too. When the Lord Jesus, the Savior of the world, was about to be born, it was said, “She will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins” (Matthew 1:21). When the Angel gave instructions on how to name this boy, he gave a special name – “Jesus – He will save His people from their sins.”

The Lord, revealing Himself to mankind, did not “disperse” all His Name at once. God has many Names, but they are all about one.

Once the daughter of a beautiful sister, being an unbeliever, was sailing on a ship. And there was an accident. The ship tossed to and fro. She ran onto the deck and screamed: “Lord, my mother’s God! If You exist, save me!” She didn’t know what His name was. And God saved her. She gave Him a Name – “mother’s God.”

The Lord, when He had not yet revealed His Name, spoke indirectly about Himself: “I am the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.” In practice, He doesn’t say His Name, but names His faithful servants.

I am talking today about the importance of the Name, because a righteous one hides in the Name of the Lord, the Name of the Lord is a great weapon, it is the sword of the Spirit. This is a powerful force – the Name in which we put all our faith.

It is a sin to take the Name of the Lord in vain. You have to understand about His Name.

I once shared a Word in Israel that God expected us to be active in regard to understanding the expansion of His Name this season. And one Israeli man said that for him then it was relevant – he called the Lord Faithful. I remember it well. It’s very powerful. And he explained why it was so important to him. For me, the Faithful God is, as it were, by default, for me His other qualities are more relevant. But for him it was this Name of God that was relevant. He gave Him a Name – Faithful. And so it is written in Scripture: “God is faithful …”.

Imagine how the ancients lived. When the Lord appeared to Abraham, He said, “I am God Almighty. Walk before Me and be blameless.” That is, He revealed Himself to him as God Almighty. Can you imagine? This is how He revealed Himself to Abraham. Abraham heard a voice. He left Ur of the Chaldeans and moved on, waiting for the fulfillment of the promise. But he did not know the name of God. He knew the voice, but did not know about the abilities of God, about the limits of His power and greatness.

And the Lord reveals His Name to Abraham, first time to a man. “I am God Almighty.” And Abraham believes Him, looking at his beautiful companion, who could no longer give birth, and being himself not young. Abraham believes! He believes that God is Almighty – that is, Able to give offspring from one as good as dead.

“Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” Everything that Abraham did wrong – there must have been something – was covered by faith, justification by faith. That is, if Abraham were righteous in himself, then why would it be necessary to account something to him as righteousness, when he would have been righteous anyway? But God accounted faith to him for righteousness, meaning that God is Almighty.

And what is your God? Sometimes it happens, and I’m surprised that Christians don’t believe that He is Almighty. They pray so hysterically for some little thing that they cannot believe that it is all in God’s hands. I began to listen more attentively to the prayers of God’s children. Sometimes I think: “No, I don’t believe that, I don’t pray about it at all.” Why “squeal” and get hysterical like that when you can just say: “Lord, thank you!”

Paul says, “I pleaded with the Lord three times… and He said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you.’ And he decides to remain in weakness, because when he is weak, then he is strong. God reveals Himself to Abraham as God Almighty and shows His Name.

Do you believe that He is Almighty?! – Don’t rush with an answer. By your prayers and sermons one can’t say that God is Almighty. And what kind of “hysterics” then out of the blue? The sea is of glass, everything is glazed in promises. There are no raging waves. God has promised and so He will do. What’s the fuss about? Perhaps, better give more thanks?

Abraham lived with one Name. But it wasn’t yet about love, it wasn’t about personal. So God told Abraham to be circumcised:

– Do I have a choice?

– No!

You can’t talk about love here.

– Painkillers?

– No!

– And all men?

– All men!

He had yet to go and persuade everyone. Danger!

Then put the child on the fire.

– Who are you? Love?

After all, Abraham did not yet know anything. He only knew about Adam that he was driven out of paradise for one sin. God had not yet said that He was Love. Imagine how Abraham lived! By only one Name.

A Strong One comes: “I am the Almighty!” How about toward me? – “Walk before Me”, “circumcise yourself” and “kill your son”. Can’t understand this! It is still unclear until the end, but Abraham saw the city, the Lord showed him. These are serious things. He survived by one Name.

We move on. Moses. He knew, as it were, two Names: that this is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, and he is his direct descendant, and also that He is God Almighty. And when the Lord revealed Himself to him, He called Himself: “I am who I am.” That is, it is the One Who has always been – “I am”! I am the Eternal, I am the One Who is everywhere, all i, always over and forever and ever. “I am who I am”!

“I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob as ‘God Almighty’, but with my name ‘Lord’ I didn’t reveal to them” (Exodus 6:3). Didn’t reveal to them! That is, He withheld His revelation that He is the Lord! It was God Himself who said it!

Imagine! Neither Abraham, nor Isaac, nor Jacob! Survive by one Name! This is a powerful revelation.

“Then Moses said to God, “Indeed, when I come to the children of Israel and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they say to me, ‘What is His name?’ what shall I say to them?” And God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM.” And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’ ” (Exodus 3:13-14).

“Moreover God said to Moses, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel: ‘The Lord God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you. This is My name forever, and this is My memorial to all generations.’” (Exodus 3:15).

Already two names! But even that is not clear. Job cries out: “Oh, woe is me!” Jeremiah, the prophets are all moving and mourning.

Christ comes and reveals: “God is Love!” On the cross!

He revealed Himself to Joshua as the God of heavenly Hosts when He appeared and showed how to take the promised land. To Samson – as the God of the covenant, Faithful to the covenant, as the God of the Nazirites. To David – as the God of Israel. David established the kingdom. It was the God of Israel in covenant with him. To the prophets like Jeremiah – that He is the God of the nations, how He subdued them and how He had mercy. And Daniel also revealed.

The Lord unfolds His Name. Still! Did you think He had done everything? – He keeps doing it! Christ said, “My Father is still working.”

I’m just throwing you this powerful challenge: do not repeat the Names, it will not help if you don’t understand the essence. This is not a spell. But going deeper is very valuable. I admire Moses and Abraham, how they lived by the “Almighty” and by “I AM”, didn’t yet understand everything.

Further on, the Lord reveals the Name, when He gave the law – He “unpacked” it. He says: “The Lord, the Lord God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering… keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and the fourth generation.

God begins to reveal His Name, he unpacked it. But Christ came in full hypostasis and showed the glory of God the Father in all the fullness of the Godhead bodily.

Christ is the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person. He came to reveal the fullness of God the Father. And that implies both God the Father, and God the Light, and God the Judge, but there is God Love! It is that sacrificial Love, which is the only love of God that He has and those to whom He gives it as a gift of eternal life. This is sacrificial love! Not selfish, like all other, not pragmatic, but sacrificial, when she gives herself out free, without taking anything.

Who loves like that today? Many cultures, nations, peoples hint at it, but no one is capable of it. Nobody can give Christ. Only Christ appeared by a virgin, by the Holy Spirit, Who conceived Him in the womb of a virgin, and appeared according to the prophecy of the prophets and was revealed in all His fullness.

What is your testimony today? You don’t call God by names you come up with. This is not serious. God is the One Who calls Himself. What He says about Himself.

Christ revealed His Name to seven churches, revealed new aspects of His Name. He revealed Himself as the King of kings, the Savior, the Victorious, the Judge, the Bridegroom of the Bride. By looking at Christ, we can comprehend. It is like a door to God, as a way to God, to see His glory, beauty and majesty. Of course, He is incomprehensible, but this is the way to comprehension. Your revelation about God and about Christ. I will share what I have.

My God is One Who loves man. He loves man so much! For me, this revelation is very important. Of all His creation, He loves man most of all, and of course, I relate this personally to myself.

My God is Merciful to those who love Him. He is very merciful! Whatever theologians and prophets say, I know that He doesn’t love everyone equally. He loves us each in His own way. It’s not any machine or a computer that both produce the same зкште. He loves the way He wants.

My God is the Retributor. He retributes both good and evil. He is the Judge.

My God is Incomprehensible. He is Immense, He can’t be comprehended. He continues to amaze and delight. He is Incomprehensible.

My God is amazing. Delightful in His love, His love of man and not only – in His high nature He is delightful and He delights!

When you decide on your personal two or three colors, the odors of what is now on your Spirit palette, what lay on it  – this is your highest praise.

And when you so praise and give what is on your Spirit palette, that will be your highest praise that you can give Him. Your own personal love from your heart.

Not other people’s prayers, but your own. David prayed in his own way – this is understandable, this is a good textbook or springboard, but prayer should become personal. And when you understand Who He is for you, which of these Divine Names are yours, woven alive in your soul, this is your highest, most elevated praise, which only you can give Him as a person, as a son or daughter. Not with other people’s songs, not with other people’s words, which can match by seventy, ninety or even one hundred percent, but your own song. This is the highest praise! Delightful God!

My topic today is Expanding the Name of God in our heart. Open your hearts and make Him your personal God. Not the God of the crowd and not the God of the community, but your personal Redeemer and Loving Wonderful Savior and Creator!
